Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
- 3+ years in an architect-level or senior technical leadership role.
- Deep expertise in platform architecture, including JavaScript/GlideScript, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and CMDB/Discovery.
- Demonstrated experience leading platform upgrade planning and execution at an enterprise scale.
- Solid background in platform governance and Center of Excellence (CoE) models.
- Proven experience designing multi-tenant onboarding processes.
- Hands-on experience with automation testing frameworks for custom-developed solutions.
- Experience evaluating and implementing ServiceNow AI capabilities.
- Strong understanding of out-of-the-box configuration versus custom development.
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the enterprise ServiceNow platform strategy, including release planning and long-term architectural direction.
- Define and drive a sustainable approach for onboarding new tenants onto the platform with standardized processes.
- Establish and lead platform governance practices through a Center of Excellence (CoE) model.
- Define technical standards and guardrails to ensure upgrade-safe design patterns.
- Lead the strategy for launching and managing AI-driven features like Now Assist and Virtual Agent.
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate third-party integrations for architectural fit and security.
- Partner with security and compliance teams to support ATO/FedRAMP requirements.
