Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a fundraising operations, investor relations, or investment operations role.
- Direct experience of VC or private equity fundraising processes.
- Understanding of how capital raises work operationally from first meeting through to close.
- Experience working within a VC firm, PE house, or investor-facing function.
- Comfortable interfacing with Finance teams and working with financial data.
- Exceptionally organised with a low tolerance for loose ends.
- Discreet and trustworthy regarding sensitive commercial and investor information.
- Clear communicator who can produce concise written updates and prep materials.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and building process where none exists.
Responsibilities
- Maintain CRM hygiene and track outreach status across all active and prospective investor relationships.
- Ensure follow-up discipline is airtight where no investor touchpoint goes unactioned or untracked.
- Coordinate scheduling for investor calls, pitch meetings, and due diligence sessions.
- Prepare and organise materials ahead of investor meetings such as briefing packs, decks, and data room updates.
- Work closely with the Finance team to coordinate financial inputs including management accounts, forecasts, and cap table materials.
- Support due diligence processes by coordinating document requests and maintaining an audit-ready data room.
- Track fundraising milestones, timelines, and commitments across the raise cycle.
