Requirements
- 2+ years of email production experience in a corporate setting, specifically with B2C focus.
- Experience working in a CRM role within a high-energy, fast-paced online environment.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for improving efficiency, quality, and decision-making.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with senior leaders and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in multi-tasking and managing large cross-functional projects.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (Braze experience is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing requirements with patience.
Responsibilities
- Produce email campaigns, app push notifications, and site banners/interstitials.
- Work within marketing automation platforms to set up audiences, campaign logic, and templates based on technical specifications.
- Assist with translation requests for global communications.
- Perform rigorous QA testing for all work and review teammates' outputs.
- Assist managers with ad-hoc projects and cross-functional task management.
