Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in Enablement Operations, Sales Operations, Learning Operations, or Project Management.
- Experience within a SaaS or B2B organisation.
- Experience supporting learning programs, onboarding initiatives, or operational enablement functions.
- Exceptional organisational and project management skills.
- Experience documenting workflows, processes, and standard operating procedures.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using reporting to improve performance.
- Experience working with platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana, Confluence, Gong, Articulate 360, or LMS platforms.
- Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Professional fluency in English.
Responsibilities
- Own the operational execution of Global Enablement programs, ensuring onboarding, certifications, and strategic projects are delivered on schedule.
- Manage and optimize the Enablement technology ecosystem, including learning platforms, knowledge repositories, and project management tools.
- Design, document, and improve enablement workflows, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, and Customer Success teams to coordinate initiatives and product launches.
- Govern the Global Enablement knowledge base to ensure content and playbooks remain accurate and accessible.
- Develop and maintain enablement reporting and dashboards to track program health and effectiveness.
- Identify and implement operational improvements to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
