Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in Enablement Operations, Sales Operations, Learning Operations, or a related operational role in SaaS or B2B.
- Proven experience supporting learning programs, onboarding initiatives, or operational enablement functions.
- Exceptional organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to document workflows, processes, and standard operating procedures.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to improve operational performance.
- Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Asana, Confluence, Gong, Articulate 360, or LMS systems.
- Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Professional fluency in English.
- French or Spanish proficiency is considered a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Execute global enablement programs, ensuring onboarding, certifications, and strategic projects are delivered on schedule.
- Manage and optimize the enablement technology stack, including learning platforms, knowledge repositories, and project management tools.
- Design and improve enablement workflows, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure scalability.
- Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to coordinate initiatives.
- Govern the global knowledge base to ensure documentation and playbooks remain accurate and accessible.
- Develop operational dashboards to provide insights into program adoption, completion rates, and operational health.
- Implement process improvements to streamline workflows and reduce manual efforts.
