Requirements
- Prior experience with email marketing platform migrations or technical onboarding.
- Working knowledge of email marketing platform tools (Visual Automation, forms, tags, sequences).
- Experience with CSV data handling and subscriber mapping.
- Knowledge of deliverability fundamentals (domain authentication, send history, warm-up).
- Experience managing multiple concurrent client projects with individual timelines.
- Familiarity with multiple ESP platforms (e.g., Kajabi, Beehiiv, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp).
- Comfort working asynchronously across project portals and Slack.
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries while providing empathetic customer support.
- Reliable, self-managing work habits for project-based tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage solo migrations including CSV imports, form/landing page rebuilds, and automation recreation.
- Perform technical data mapping across various source platforms.
- Advise on deliverability fundamentals including domain authentication and warm-up planning.
- Communicate clearly with creators to provide walkthroughs via Zoom or Loom.
- Collaborate with the Implementations Team and Customer Support to ensure creator success.
