Requirements
- 2+ years of email production experience in a corporate, B2C setting.
- Strong proficiency in marketing automation platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for efficiency and decision-making.
- Experience managing large cross-functional projects and multiple weekly launches.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a methodological approach to problem solving.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Braze customer engagement platform is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Produce email campaigns, app push notifications, and site banners/interstitials.
- Develop audiences, campaign logic, and templates within marketing automation platforms based on technical specifications.
- Coordinate translation requests for global communications.
- Perform extensive QA testing on all work to identify and resolve bugs.
- Approve team deliverables by following established QA processes.
- Support managers with ad-hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives.
