Requirements
- 1 to 4 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or event coordination.
- Proven track record of organizing events end to end.
- Experience managing and forecasting event budgets.
- Ability to define KPIs and connect event activity to revenue and pipeline.
- Must have practical experience using AI tools to automate or improve marketing and event workflows.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple moving parts simultaneously.
- Experience negotiating with vendors and event organizers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and problem-solve in real time.
- Willingness and ability to travel 30% to 50% of the time, including potential international travel.
- Must reside within roughly one hour of a major airport hub with frequent direct flights.
Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and prioritize a rolling 12-month calendar of industry events and tradeshows.
- Manage relationships with vendors and organizers, negotiating sponsorships, booth space, and terms.
- Execute events end-to-end including booth logistics, shipping, collateral, and on-site AV/catering.
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for booth set-up, teardown, and troubleshooting.
- Brief team members on objectives, target accounts, and event logistics.
- Collaborate with sales to drive meetings and follow-up on leads generated from events.
- Execute pre- and post-event marketing campaigns to boost booth traffic and engagement.
- Manage and track the event budget to maximize ROI.
- Define event KPIs and produce post-event reports detailing performance and areas for improvement.
