Requirements
- 1-2 years of related industry experience, with advertising agency experience preferred.
- Industry-related internship experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with business software, specifically MS Office and online tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for interaction with team members and clients.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and solve problems proactively.
- Strong prioritization and time management skills for a deadline-oriented environment.
- High level of accountability and commitment to quality work products.
- Natural curiosity regarding business, customer insights, and multichannel marketing.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain working knowledge of client business and industry news to provide relevant insights.
- Draft account documentation including scope documents, creative briefs, statements of work, and presentations.
- Support Account Leadership in scheduling meetings, creating agendas, and producing comprehensive call notes.
- Review project materials during the routing process to ensure brand continuity and adherence to Med/Reg/Legal requirements.
- Anticipate client and team needs, building rapport to serve as a primary contact for basic requests.
- Collaborate with internal agency teams and external vendor partners on conference calls and project deliverables.
