Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a B2B SDR, BDR, or inside sales role.
- Proven experience selling SaaS, data products, APIs, or developer platforms to enterprise accounts.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding outbound pipeline targets in a metrics-driven environment.
- Advanced proficiency in HubSpot, including sequences, workflow management, and custom reporting.
- Strong written communication skills for crafting personalized cold emails.
- Ability to engage both technical and business-level stakeholders.
- Experience using HubSpot to track and manage a sales pipeline.
- Alignment with Wikimedia's open knowledge mission.
Responsibilities
- Own outbound prospecting for a defined set of verticals and execute multi-touch sequences via email, phone, LinkedIn, and video.
- Research and prioritize target accounts to identify key stakeholders in product, engineering, legal, finance, and procurement.
- Develop tailored outreach messaging connecting prospect use cases to our API-based platform.
- Manage pipeline generation targets including qualified meetings booked and opportunities created.
- Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospect technical requirements and organizational needs.
- Qualify opportunities using the MEDDIC framework and provide thorough documentation to Account Executives.
- Administer HubSpot by managing sequences, drip campaigns, pipelines, and reporting.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to align on messaging and campaign strategy.
