Requirements

- Proven experience managing Meta budgets of at least $100,000 monthly.
- Ability to demonstrate successful campaign scaling.
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for data and trends.
- Proficiency in industry-standard marketing software platforms.
- Experience in an agency setting is preferred.
- In-house D2C brand experience is required.
Responsibilities

- Manage monthly budgets to ensure campaigns operate at peak efficiency and track ROI.
- Scale campaigns to full potential while maintaining target ROAS.
- Collaborate with the marketing team from campaign conception to launch.
- Conduct market research and analyze audience behavior using data-driven insights.
- Analyze competitor advertisements to refine and improve campaign strategies.
- Continuously optimize campaign performance to improve conversion rates.
- Present clear, insightful performance reports highlighting successes and improvements.
