Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on Meta buying experience in direct-response lead generation.
- Proven track record managing monthly budgets of $20K+ or scaling accounts significantly.
- Ability to articulate a formal testing methodology.
- Strong measurement literacy regarding attribution windows, click vs. view-through, and blended CAC vs. in-platform ROAS.
- Comfort with spreadsheet-level analysis and cohorting performance by creative.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Full-time availability with 4+ hours of daily overlap with US Eastern Time.
- Demonstrated experience in local services, fitness, education, or events marketing.
- Familiarity with AI tools for creative generation and campaign analysis.
Responsibilities
- Manage Meta ad accounts end-to-end including structure, budgets, pacing, and scaling.
- Develop and maintain an always-on creative testing calendar with clear hypotheses.
- Analyze creative performance metrics like hook rate, hold rate, CTR, and CPL to brief the next variants.
- Brief and direct UGC creators and video editors; write hooks and ad copy.
- Manage full-funnel performance, including landing pages, lead forms, CAPI setup, and event match quality.
- Execute seasonal campaign planning for registration windows.
- Oversee localized campaigns using geo-radius targeting and remarketing.
- Report on weekly scorecards focused on business terms like registrations, CPL, and blended efficiency.
