Requirements
- 3+ years of technical or domain experience in food & beverage R&D, regulatory affairs, or related CPG/manufacturing functions.
- Experience delivering SaaS implementations including scoping, requirements documentation, configuration, and go-live.
- Proven ability to develop Requirements Documentation, data mapping, process flow diagrams, and data models.
- Hands-on experience with Genesis, ENTR, FlavorStudio, or a comparable product development platform.
- Ability to run customer workshops solo and produce professional scope documents independently.
- Experience with Salesforce.com administration.
- Familiarity with SaaS hybrid or agile implementation methodology.
- Ability to present to C-level executives and cross-functional leadership.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of Enterprise and Mid-Market onboardings including kickoff, project management, and hypercare execution.
- Lead domain-specific configuration workshops covering formula worksheets, product categories, and allergen rules with customer R&D teams.
- Act as first-line scoper to produce effort estimates and identify non-standard requirements.
- Collect customer requirements to develop solution designs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Consult and guide customers on best practices for business transformation and process optimization.
- Perform quality assessments against requirements and acceptance criteria throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Assist with data imports, quality checks, and verification of client data.
