Requirements
- 2 - 5+ years of experience in healthcare, behavioral health, benefits, consulting, brokerage, business development, sales, or partnerships.
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with senior stakeholders and build credibility within complex organizations.
- Strong prospecting and business development skills, including experience with email, phone, LinkedIn/social selling, and other outbound strategies.
- Strong research and business acumen with the ability to understand an organization's business model and priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills to manage multiple relationships and opportunities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Goal-oriented and results-driven with a commitment to building sustainable relationships.
- Experience working with or selling through healthcare consultants, benefits consultants, brokers, or other channel partners is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a strong network of relationships with healthcare consultants, brokers, advisors, and other influential industry stakeholders.
- Develop and execute targeted outbound campaigns to consultant and broker organizations through email, phone, LinkedIn/social selling, and networking.
- Research target firms to understand their business models, client portfolios, and key stakeholders to create personalized outreach strategies.
- Nurture relationships through the sales cycle and coordinate introductions between partners and internal sales leadership.
- Maintain accurate documentation of relationship activity and pipeline progression within CRM systems.
- Collaborate with Channel Partnerships, Sales, and Marketing teams to refine messaging and support partnership initiatives.
- Provide regular reporting on outreach activity, pipeline progression, and market intelligence.
