Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- 2-5 years working in an account management role providing tech solutions to large enterprises
- Proven track record of sustaining and growing complex relationships
- Experience identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
- Experience managing a high volume of accounts
- Proven history of owning and exceeding a quota
- Strong forecasting and analytical skills
- Ability to influence decision-making internally and externally at all levels
- Ability to manage multiple systems and administration simultaneously
- Strong executive presence, confidence, and articulate communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and high level of accountability
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Drive customer retention and identify upsell opportunities
- Develop and execute account plan strategies to improve performance and customer experience
- Conduct customer onsite visits and lead Quarterly Business Reviews to identify risks and opportunities
- Build relationships with strategic leadership-level customer contacts
- Exceed quarterly renewal and net renewal goals
- Partner with internal teams to resolve escalations and operational issues
- Coordinate with business users and procurement to ensure timely renewals
- Identify process inefficiencies and provide recommended solutions
