- Interest in open source or security domains is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Run full-cycle searches primarily for go-to-market (GTM) roles with flexibility to hire across the international business.
- Partner with leaders to define roles, align on hiring priorities, and set clear expectations for global hiring needs.
- Build and manage pipelines that anticipate growth in international markets.
- Deliver a consistent, candidate-first experience across time zones and geographies.
- Provide insights on international talent trends, compensation, and recruiting strategies.
- Adapt and improve recruiting processes to scale effectively across regions.
