- Strong sourcing skills, specifically in finding and engaging senior engineers who are not actively looking.
- Proven track record of delivering an excellent candidate experience.

- Self-motivated with a curiosity to support other roles as needed.
- Deep interest and care for the craft of technical recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Source and build pipelines for senior engineering roles including backend, data, and product engineering.
- Run the full recruitment process from initial outreach to offer.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience at every stage.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role needs and technical requirements.
- Act as the go-to person for engineering managers regarding hiring processes.
- Draft compelling outreach communications to engage passive talent.
- Contribute ideas to improve the overall recruiting function and process.
