Requirements

4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in product or technology-driven companies.
Proven experience owning products from discovery through delivery and growth.
Experience working directly with customers, enterprise clients, or business stakeholders.
Strong experience defining product vision, roadmap, and MVP strategy.
Experience working with Agile product development methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience prioritizing backlogs and making data-driven product decisions.
Experience collaborating with engineering, QA, UI/UX, and business stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and product management tools.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate+.

Responsibilities

Define and own the product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap.
Lead product discovery through customer interviews, user research, and competitor analysis.
Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders and maintain a well-structured product backlog.
Collaborate with engineering, QA, and design throughout the product lifecycle to deliver features.
Monitor product performance using KPIs to measure adoption and business impact.
Present product strategy and roadmap to senior leadership.
