Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in product or technology-driven companies.
- Proven experience owning products from discovery through delivery and growth.
- Experience working directly with customers, enterprise clients, or business stakeholders.
- Strong experience defining product vision, roadmap, and MVP strategy.
- Experience working with Agile product development methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience prioritizing backlogs and making data-driven product decisions.
- Experience collaborating with engineering, QA, UI/UX, and business stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and product management tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate+.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap.
- Lead product discovery through customer interviews, user research, and competitor analysis.
- Create and maintain a well-structured product backlog and define product KPIs.
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, and design throughout the product lifecycle.
- Present product strategy, roadmap, and performance to senior leadership.
- Monitor product performance using qualitative and quantitative data to optimize features.
- Identify product risks and develop mitigation strategies.
