Requirements
- Significant experience with Interaction Design within GDS projects.
- Demonstrable experience with Figma.
- Experience working within multidisciplinary delivery teams.
- Demonstrable experience working with complex stakeholder groups, navigating ambiguity and competing priorities.
- Experience working within Home Office, Bluelight, Public Safety or Justice contexts (desirable).
- Experience working in a GDS Assessment, preferably Beta (desirable).
- Experience using Figma Make and/or other AI design tools (desirable).
Responsibilities
- Lead Interaction Design efforts within a multidisciplinary project team.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for the client.
- Make informed design decisions and influence project outcomes.
- Support the programme through a GDS Design and Build phase.
- Articulate design insights and lead conversations with senior stakeholders and UCD teams.
- Navigate complex, sensitive, and fast-moving delivery environments.
