Requirements
- Professional experience leading design for mobile apps across iOS and Android.
- Track record of designing engaging and usable mobile experiences.
- Knowledge of platform-specific design patterns and conventions for iOS and Android.
- Experience designing for consumers in North America, Europe, and Asia.
- Familiarity with international privacy laws and regulations.
- Experience designing for commerce-based companies with international checkout.
- Strong skills in information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.
- Proficiency in design programs like Figma and prototyping.
- Excellent communication skills for framing and explaining design decisions.
Responsibilities
- Define interaction and visual design standards for mobile products.
- Design user-centric experiences that balance user needs, business goals, and global scalability.
- Own and evolve the mobile design system.
- Provide an international design perspective within the product organization.
- Partner with the research team to conduct and analyze user research.
- Work with cross-functional teams to build a mature ecosystem for creators and backers.
