Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in the healthcare industry in an outside sales role.
- Demonstrated experience in salesperson-ship, presentation, communication, and relationship building.
- 2+ years of management experience.
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, with at least one trip per quarter to the market territory.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to set day-to-day priorities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote capacity.
Responsibilities
- Drive ICHRA business development and execution strategies to achieve aggressive growth goals across national markets.
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with national brokers, consultants, and alternative distribution channels to maximize ICHRA adoption and sales.
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert, providing comprehensive education and training to the distribution channel on the ICHRA product, regulations, and the compelling Oscar ICHRA value story.
- Build deep relationships within key organizations to establish Oscar as the preferred ICHRA partner.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to refine tools, processes, and sales enablement materials necessary for brokers and partners to effectively understand and sell Oscar's ICHRA products.
- Act as the voice of key distribution partners, communicating frontline feedback and market dynamics related to ICHRA to internal stakeholders to promote continuous improvement.
- Represent Oscar and the ICHRA product in the market at industry conferences, broker meetings, and community events.
- Synthesize and report on ICHRA market performance, growth trends, and distribution channel engagement to executive stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to ICHRA sales and distribution.
