Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in resource management, staffing, deployment, workforce planning, or professional services operations.
- Experience within a consulting or technology services organization.
- Working knowledge of the Salesforce platform.
- Strong understanding of professional services delivery lifecycle.
- Understanding of resource planning, capacity management, and staffing processes.
- Broad understanding of Salesforce consulting roles and technical skill sets.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence Directors and senior leaders.
Responsibilities
- Own the Resource Plan (RP) review, validation, and approval process prior to staffing.
- Validate proposed roles, skills, staffing assumptions, and effort estimates for completeness and accuracy.
- Ensure all required Practice Leader approvals are obtained for Resource Plans.
- Monitor Salesforce forecasts and ensure synchronization with Resource Plans.
- Review opportunities for staffing readiness and ensure requirements reflect delivery scope.
- Identify specialty skill requirements and contractor demand to provide early visibility to Resource Management.
- Liaise between Sales, Delivery, and Operations to resolve staffing inconsistencies.
- Initiate pre-deployment requirements such as consultant background checks.
