Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in resource management, staffing, deployment, workforce planning, or professional services operations.
  • Experience within a consulting or technology services organization.
  • Working knowledge of the Salesforce platform.
  • Strong understanding of professional services delivery lifecycle.
  • Understanding of resource planning, capacity management, and staffing processes.
  • Broad understanding of Salesforce consulting roles and technical skill sets.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence Directors and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Resource Plan (RP) review, validation, and approval process prior to staffing.
  • Validate proposed roles, skills, staffing assumptions, and effort estimates for completeness and accuracy.
  • Ensure all required Practice Leader approvals are obtained for Resource Plans.
  • Monitor Salesforce forecasts and ensure synchronization with Resource Plans.
  • Review opportunities for staffing readiness and ensure requirements reflect delivery scope.
  • Identify specialty skill requirements and contractor demand to provide early visibility to Resource Management.
  • Liaise between Sales, Delivery, and Operations to resolve staffing inconsistencies.
  • Initiate pre-deployment requirements such as consultant background checks.
