Requirements
- 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quota.
- Demonstrated success selling complex SaaS or DevOps-related solutions to Fortune 500 or similarly large enterprise organizations.
- Experience managing consultative sales cycles involving executive and C-level stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise account management strategies, including land-and-expand sales approaches.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand technical concepts and communicate their business value.
- Experience with MEDDPIC sales methodology and emerging technology companies is considered an advantage.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25%–50% as business needs require.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of large enterprise accounts, serving as the primary relationship manager throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to generate pipeline, expand existing business, and achieve revenue goals.
- Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders, effectively communicating business value and long-term partnership opportunities.
- Partner with solutions engineers, customer success, support, and other internal teams to ensure successful product adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Lead consultative sales engagements from prospecting through contract negotiation and close while identifying expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, revenue operations, product, and technical teams to align customer needs with available solutions.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and account planning while contributing to overall sales strategy and team success.
- Travel as needed to support customer meetings, executive engagements, and business development activities.
