Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in product marketing or a related strategic go-to-market role within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven experience developing positioning, messaging, market narratives, and enablement materials that drive business outcomes.
  • Strong research skills with experience conducting customer interviews, win/loss analysis, competitive research, and market analysis.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, compelling stories for executives, sales teams, and customer-facing audiences.
  • Strong understanding of buyer behavior, customer segmentation, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Experience building and enabling sales and marketing teams through practical, scalable resources.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence presenting to both leadership and frontline teams.
  • Ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and turn broad business challenges into structured plans.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Enablement teams.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools and modern technologies to improve research, content development, analysis, and productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve vertical positioning strategies, including value propositions, messaging frameworks, communication pillars, and market narratives.
  • Develop and maintain go-to-market toolkits, including positioning documents, ideal customer profiles, target account guidance, sales enablement materials, and segment-specific resources.
  • Translate complex market dynamics, buyer needs, competitive pressures, and industry trends into differentiated messaging strategies.
  • Conduct voice-of-customer research, win/loss analysis, and market intelligence initiatives to uncover buyer motivations and opportunities.
  • Partner with competitive intelligence teams to transform research into actionable battlecards, positioning guidance, and sales resources.
  • Serve as the internal voice of the customer by bringing vertical expertise and market perspectives to Product, Sales, Customer Success, and leadership teams.
  • Collaborate with go-to-market teams to ensure messaging is adopted, measured, refined, and continuously improved.
