Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in business operations, strategic operations, management consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or finance.
- Proven ability to partner with investment, finance, or transaction teams with an understanding of investment evaluation, due diligence, and compliance workflows.
- Demonstrated track record of leading cross-functional initiatives across business, finance, product, engineering, and operations.
- Ability to solve ambiguous, high-impact business problems by identifying root causes and designing scalable processes.
- Experience operating in a fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environment.
- Demonstrated history of building new processes, iterating quickly, and balancing short-term execution with long-term scalability.
- Experience applying AI, automation, or modern technology tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy automation-driven systems to eliminate friction across Business Execution and diligence efforts.
- Identify high-leverage repetitive tasks including deal evaluation and compliance, designing scalable automation to replace them.
- Build reliable service infrastructure across GTM tools to enable commercial, marketing, and product teams.
- Experiment with and implement scoped MVPs, leveraging off-the-shelf tooling to iterate toward operational excellence.
- Champion the use of AI-powered tools and workflows to accelerate internal processes.
- Collaborate with commercial and technical teams to ensure systems are robust, business-aligned, and adopted.
- Instrument systems with analytics and reporting to track performance and drive iterative improvement.
