Requirements
- 5+ years of analytics experience in financial services, contact/outreach strategy, or collections and recovery.
- Hands-on experience running A/B or Champion/Challenger tests to compare channel or messaging performance.
- Proficiency in SQL, with familiarity in Python.
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Experience translating broader business strategy into a functional roadmap for customer contact or engagement.
- Track record of partnering with senior or executive leadership to shape strategy.
- Ability to independently resolve complex problems on contact or engagement strategy.
- Comfort with owning ambiguity and building playbooks for customer segmentation.
Responsibilities
- Build data-backed, customized outreach schedules using Champion/Challenger testing.
- Develop and execute strategies for optimizing delinquent customer outreach across text, email, and phone.
- Navigate trade-offs between customer experience, risk, and operational cost.
- Conduct hands-on analysis to inform strategy and create a roadmap for contact strategy.
- Report strategic progress and roadmap updates to senior and executive leadership.
