Requirements
- 5+ years of experience navigating business operations, strategy, or cross-functional execution.
- Proven ability to translate complex, ambiguous problems into clear, scalable operational plans.
- Track record of guiding cross-functional initiatives from concept to delivery.
- Strong capability in analyzing data and modeling business outcomes using Excel or similar tools.
- Experience defining reporting requirements and building performance dashboards.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in systems building with a focus on process design.
- Proficiency in SQL (nice-to-have).
- Familiarity with CRM platforms or GTM tech stacks (e.g., HubSpot) (nice-to-have).
- Ability to travel approximately 10% for offsites and meetings.
Responsibilities
- Conduct strategic analyses to evaluate market entry, identify trends, and optimize pricing strategies.
- Partner with leadership to model commercial structures and drive business performance improvements.
- Execute high-priority initiatives, including product launches and corporate scaling frameworks.
- Define, validate, and track core business metrics in collaboration with the data team.
- Build operational infrastructure, cross-departmental playbooks, and business performance dashboards.
- Operate as a deployable strategic operator to resolve high-stakes or ambiguous operational challenges.
