Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical sales role (Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, etc.) or relevant work experience.
  • Passion for technology and demonstrated interest in both hardware and software solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to our customers and partners.
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent account management, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Experience and familiarity with LLM systems, prompting, and terminology.
  • Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and routing/switching devices (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Physical Security products, such as Security Cameras, Access Control, and IoT devices (plus).
  • Experience working with APIs, Python, and other coding languages (plus).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technical point of contact for prospects and customers throughout the pre-sales process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with technical stakeholders such as CTOs, CISOs, and Network Architects.
  • Partner with Sales teams to understand deal progress, tailor solutions, and strategize next steps.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, lead proofs of concept (POCs), and guide stakeholders through technical evaluations.
  • Translate customer requirements into scalable, effective technical solutions.
  • Provide feedback to product and engineering based on customer insights and common integration use cases.
  • Support the design and execution of technical security solutions alongside project managers and operations teams.
  • Prepare detailed project documentation such as floor plans, scope of work, and solution overviews.
