Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline
- 4+ years of experience in Treasury, Finance, Accounting, or a comparable analytical role within financial services or fintech
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Foundational knowledge of or a strong desire to develop proficiency in SQL and Python
- Strong foundational understanding of corporate cash management, treasury operations, interest rate risk, and core financial principles
- Ability to operate independently, resolve complex issues, and manage competing priorities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel approximately up to four times a year for in-person collaboration
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily cash positions across bank accounts, and execute and track wire transfers and ACH payments to ensure timely, accurate settlement
- Refine and maintain short and medium-term cash flow forecasts
- Own daily and monthly bank account reconciliations, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Support the Senior Treasury Manager with ad hoc reporting and analysis
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, and partner with Accounting, FP&A, and Capital Markets
- Support internal controls and audit requests tied to Treasury activities, and help ensure compliance with debt covenants, investor requirements, and corporate policy
