Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- 4+ years of experience in Treasury, Finance, Accounting, or a comparable analytical role within financial services or fintech.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Foundational knowledge of or strong desire to develop proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Strong foundational understanding of corporate cash management, treasury operations, interest rate risk, and core financial principles.
- Proven ability to operate independently, resolve complex issues, and manage competing priorities.
- Ability to travel approximately up to four times a year.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily cash positions and execute/track wire transfers and ACH payments.
- Refine and maintain short and medium-term cash flow forecasts.
- Own daily and monthly bank account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Support ad hoc reporting and analysis for the Senior Treasury Manager.
- Partner with Accounting, FP&A, and Capital Markets to ensure accurate reporting.
- Support internal controls and audit requests to ensure compliance with debt covenants and corporate policy.
