Requirements
- 12+ years in software with significant time in integration/data-platform leadership or product-line/GM ownership.
- Proven people leadership including experience leading leaders.
- Proven organizational leadership with experience owning outcomes and P&L-level charters.
- Deep systems thinking with experience in data models, integration patterns, and SIS-level technical details.
- Extensive experience building or scaling data-connectivity or integration platforms.
- Deep understanding of SIS/LMS ecosystems (e.g., Banner, Colleague, PeopleSoft, Workday).
- Expertise in extensible/multi-tenant data modeling and data-sovereignty concerns.
- Proven operational discipline managing portfolios, SLAs, blocker burndown, and tech debt.
- Experience evaluating and integrating AI tools into platform workflows.
- Higher-education technology experience strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the Integrations Cloud vision, strategy, and business outcomes including net revenue retention and churn reduction.
- Drive the platform transformation from engineering-dependent wiring to a flexible, self-service platform.
- Lead a cross-functional integration-fit program to improve implementation efficiency and demand prioritization.
- Manage Integration Engineering and Data Client Experience roadmaps, delivery, and core pipeline health.
- Establish systems integration architecture, including multi-SIS, multi-tenant, and hybrid patterns.
- Set strategy for reusable integration patterns across major SIS/LMS platforms and manage vendor relationships.
- Build and lead a multidisciplinary organization of engineers and product owners.
- Establish operating metrics including SLA attainment, reliability, and self-service adoption.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery and improve platform decision-making.
