Experience: 8+ years in integration delivery or implementation in higher ed or B2B SaaS, with 3+ years leading technical teams

8+ years in integration delivery or implementation in higher ed or B2B SaaS.
3+ years of leadership experience managing architects and/or engineers.
Deep, hands-on expertise with at least one major SIS (e.g., Ellucian Banner or Colleague via Ethos API).
Proven experience integrating CRM platforms (e.g., Slate, Salesforce, or Element451) with SIS systems.
Deep knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and data-pipeline orchestration.
Experience with authentication patterns (OAuth, SAML, API keys, basic auth).
Understanding of integration frameworks like Ellucian Ethos and data environments like MongoDB/Snowflake/dbt.
Ability to lead build strategy and pressure-test architecture without needing to write production code.
Expertise in scoping effort, risk, and technical feasibility.
Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration between technical teams, registrars, and executives.

Validate signed SOWs for technical feasibility and scope before project commencement.
Define integration architecture, including data models, sync patterns, and authentication methods.
Lead the integration engineering team through build, UAT, and go-live phases.
Manage the maintenance and operational lifecycle of integrations post-go-live.
Oversee the chat-based Live Support function for integration issues.
Define and implement operational processes, tooling, and team structure.
Partner with Product and Engineering to convert custom integration work into native platform capabilities.
Measure and report on delivery KPIs such as time-to-integrate and sync reliability.
