Job Details

25+ years of progressive operational leadership experience in hyper-growth physical operations, complex multi-site networks, and last-mile logistics.
Strong commercial orientation with experience in P&L management, unit economics, and labor scheduling optimization.
Proven track record scaling distributed field operations using a mix of FTE, vendor, and 3PL workforces.
Demonstrated experience integrating advanced technology, AI, or algorithmic automation into daily operational workflows.
Proven ability to balance rigorous safety and compliance frameworks with aggressive growth timelines.
Proven capability to partner across technical, product, engineering, regulatory, and enterprise partnership teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, Business, Logistics, or equivalent practical experience.

Develop the launch engine for new markets while ensuring existing markets meet operational OKRs and aviation protocol adherence.
Collaborate with Partnerships, Real Estate, BizOps, and Regulatory teams to execute rapid deployment and operationalization of delivery sites.
Monitor and optimize site-level unit economics such as cost-per-delivery, labor efficiency, and fleet availability.
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to integrate new aircraft hardware and software features into operations.
Scale a high-performing operations workforce comprised of FTEs and third-party contractors while fostering a data-driven culture.
Champion the adoption of AI-driven tools for workforce scheduling, fleet maintenance forecasting, and ground diagnostics.
Maintain compliance with aviation regulations including FAA Part 135/107 and local Environmental Health & Safety policies.
