Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience with ownership of complex products from strategy through delivery.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools such as Claude or OpenAI to improve product development workflows.
  • Proven ability to prototype and move rapidly from ideas to production-ready solutions.
  • Strong understanding of product practices including PRDs, spec-driven development, and agile delivery.
  • Experience working with AI-powered products, marketing technology, analytics platforms, or cloud data environments.
  • Ability to connect technical AI concepts with executive-level business objectives.
  • Proven strategic thinking, prioritization skills, and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing engineering, design, and commercial stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of AI applications within marketing workflows such as media optimization and personalization.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery strategy for major platform areas including data capabilities, AI-powered skills, and contextual intelligence.
  • Translate strategic direction into shipped products by creating detailed specifications, developing prototypes, and ensuring successful launches.
  • Drive product execution using AI-powered workflows to accelerate development and delivery cycles.
  • Establish and maintain high standards for product development, including spec-driven workflows and Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
  • Collaborate with engineering, analytics, creative, and business teams to align priorities and bring products to market.
  • Mentor product team members and promote strong product thinking and accountability.
  • Define success metrics, analyze outcomes, and continuously optimize products based on feedback and market insights.
