- 10+ years of experience in a technical field, such as software engineering.
- Proven track record of hiring, developing, and managing high-performing technical talent.
- Demonstrated experience owning team budgets and headcount planning.
- Hands-on AI fluency with practical experience using modern AI tools.
- Technical depth in system design and tradeoffs to earn credibility with senior engineers.
- History of delivering software predictably within a team environment.
- Experience partnering closely with Product and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to travel for in-person meetings approximately every six weeks.
