Requirements
- 3+ years of direct people management experience in client-facing, account management, or partner management teams.
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare insurance, health benefits, or Third-Party Administrator (TPA) environments.
- Strong working familiarity with technical data file exchanges (EDI, ETL, or API integrations).
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Proven ability to inspire, develop, and retain talent.
- Experience presenting to and negotiating with senior operational leadership.
- High emotional intelligence and a track record of mediating operational conflicts.
- Experience driving process and change management initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on root-cause analysis.
- Experience within a Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) is strongly preferred.
- Advanced degree (MBA, MHA, or equivalent) is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Directly manage and develop a team of Partner Relationship Managers.
- Provide coaching and mentorship on strategy, issue escalation, and executive communications.
- Establish clear KPIs and metrics for partner satisfaction and data integration performance.
- Serve as an executive escalation point for complex technical or operational partner issues.
- Standardize PRM workflows and governance models for data file exchange monitoring.
- Collaborate with Product, Finance, Operations, and Engineering teams to address friction points.
- Conduct portfolio reviews to identify and mitigate partner satisfaction risks.
