Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in functional and business analysis, specifically supporting or configuring WMS.
- Hands-on expertise in Infor WMS is mandatory.
- Deep experience in Infor billing module setup for 3PL is mandatory.
- Experience in Supply Chain, Warehousing, Logistics, or 3PL operations.
- Understanding of core warehouse processes: receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management.
- Experience in production environment support and customer onboarding.
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
- Experience with EBRs and RF screens configuration.
- Proficiency in creating functional documentation and training materials.
- Fluent or native English proficiency.
- Understanding of SQL for basic querying and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary L2 functional support contact for Infor WMS customers to resolve day-to-day operational issues.
- Monitor and prioritize support tickets to ensure timely resolution of functional problems.
- Lead customer onboarding and implementation processes for new clients on the WMS platform.
- Conduct discovery sessions to map operational requirements and perform gap analysis against WMS functionality.
- Configure WMS settings and execute minor system enhancements based on business needs.
- Create and maintain functional documentation, process flows, and training materials.
- Assist with system validation, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Deliver training to warehouse personnel and customer stakeholders regarding WMS workflows.
- Support go-live activities and provide post-implementation hypercare.
