Job Details

3+ years in consulting and customer-facing roles.
Fluency in German and deep understanding of the DACH market.
Ability to assist customers in defining clear goals for successful implementation.
Extensive understanding and application of change management principles.
Thorough expertise in one industry or critical segments such as Marketing/Creative, IT, Professional Services, or PMO.
Ability to lead technical discussions and present complex digital transformation strategies.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales to evolve account plans.
Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
Experience managing difficult audiences and complex client relationships.
Superior personal organization and time management skills.
Relevant university degree is a plus.
Experience working in a SaaS environment is a plus.
Project management certifications (Agile, PMI, Lean, etc.) are a plus.

Lead individual customer engagements and participate in or lead larger global customer rollouts.
Drive end-to-end customer onboarding, including Discovery, Design, Configuration, Rollout, and Adoption Monitoring.
Support the sales team with complex scoping requirements and present the value of Wrike's services.
Track and maintain accurate client records and milestones in Wrike and Salesforce.
Manage successful completion of customer engagements to achieve critical success metrics.
Advocate for customer needs to prioritize new product features and influence the product roadmap.
Ensure smooth hand-offs between internal cross-functional teams.
Represent the DACH region with cultural and language fluency.
Mentor junior members of the team.
