Requirements
- Proven experience building complex systems and maintaining them.
- Proficiency in structuring and validating large volumes of unstructured data.
- Strong ability to explain complex systems to diverse stakeholders.
- Proven experience meeting multiple objectives with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous start-up environment.
- Fluent in English.
- French or additional European languages is an advantage.
- MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Understand and document complex business requirements.
- Design and build sophisticated multi-dimensional Pigment applications.
- Train and co-build solutions with customers to ensure long-term self-sufficiency.
- Participate in or lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and project deployments.
- Integrate source software using connectors and APIs.
- Act as a liaison between customer stakeholders and the product team.
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve methodology and internal processes.
