Requirements
- Have 6+ years of experience in technology implementation projects as a Project Manager, Functional Analyst, or Solution Architect.
- Have hands-on experience with Veeva PromoMats, Veeva Vault Platform, or Salesforce.com Platform.
- Have experience working with a pharmaceutical, consumer health, or medical device organization.
- Bring a strong consulting background and proven ability to architect, drive best practices, and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Have strong communication and presentation skills.
- Be able to work independently in a fully remote environment across multiple assignments.
- Be able to travel approximately 20%.
- Be fluent in written and spoken English.
- Have the legal right to work and be based in Europe.
Responsibilities
- Own delivery for implementation projects in project manager, functional analyst, solution architect, and stream lead roles.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to optimize and harmonize business processes.
- Translate business processes into actionable and scalable solutions.
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders across enterprise and SMB organizations.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal teams and implementation partners.
- Contribute to internal initiatives that improve service quality and delivery frameworks.
