Requirements
- Hold a degree in business administration, human resources management, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in SAP Payroll consulting, SAP HCM, or Employee Central Payroll.
- Bring strong knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll and/or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
- Understand payroll processes, social insurance, wage tax, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Have experience analyzing, designing, and implementing SAP Payroll solutions.
- Have good knowledge of interfaces, integrations, and adjacent HR systems.
- Demonstrate consulting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Have fluent German and English skills, spoken and written.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver SAP Payroll consulting and implementation projects for national and international clients.
- Advise clients on SAP Payroll best practices, process optimization, compliance requirements, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Ensure efficient, compliant, high-quality payroll processes within the SAP landscape.
- Analyze, design, and optimize payroll processes to improve efficiency, quality, and automation.
- Support clients in introducing, developing, and transforming SAP Payroll solutions.
