Requirements
- Have more than 4 years of experience implementing data management solutions or data management modules of enterprise-grade ERP/CRM systems.
- Bring experience as a Configuration Specialist and Functional Consultant.
- Have experience driving discovery and design workshops and advisory meetings.
- Have experience with SQL development, JavaScript, and REST API development.
- Have experience in data modeling for customer and product/material data domains.
- Have experience with data platforms and analytics, such as Databricks or Snowflake.
- Know data governance principles and frameworks.
- Have experience integrating or migrating SAP ERP, including ECC and S/4HANA.
- Speak German and English at an advanced level.
- Be able to travel to customer locations as needed.
Responsibilities
- Gather business and technical requirements, needs, and strategic objectives from stakeholders.
- Educate stakeholders on software platform capabilities and share best practices.
- Prepare and conduct discovery workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
- Map business requirements to technical capabilities and recommend solutions.
- Document requirements, user stories, test plans, and solution designs.
- Configure critical solution components and validate development completed by team members.
- Develop testing and deployment plans and oversee development, configuration, testing, and production deployment.
- Prepare customer presentations, proofs of concept, and visual materials for business development.
- Contribute to proposals and statements of work by defining scope, project approach, and effort.
