Requirements
- Have experience managing IT products in an agile environment.
- Have strong knowledge of agile methods and practical experience applying them.
- Have experience coordinating projects and collaborating effectively with stakeholders.
- Have demonstrated experience working with external partners and service providers.
- Bring an analytical and conceptual approach to planning and developing digital services and products.
- Be ready to provide practical support for pilots, including installing or supporting systems in stores as project needs require.
- Communicate fluently in Polish and German at C1 level.
- Have good English proficiency (B1).
- Store-based technology testing experience is an advantage.
- Experience with self-service solutions, electronic article surveillance, or systems supporting security in physical retail is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate projects involving retail security products and loss prevention.
- Contribute to concepts for AI-based vision solutions, electronic article surveillance, and self-service solutions.
- Clarify requirements with dm business units, project stakeholders, and external partners.
- Analyze the market and monitor competing retail security solutions.
- Support pilot projects directly in stores, including installation and support of internally developed solutions.
- Support product development using business needs, user feedback, and pilot test results.
