Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Robotics, or related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in technical program or project management focusing on software engineering lifecycles.
- Experience in an Agile software development environment.
- Demonstrated experience driving programs for complex software systems interacting with physical hardware (e.g., robotics, autonomous vehicles, embedded systems, or IoT).
- Advanced proficiency with Jira to architect workflows and manage roadmaps.
- Proven track record of influencing cross-functional roadmaps without direct authority.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to align multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to travel up to 2 weeks per quarter for customer sites or company offsites.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Management and engineering leaders to translate the product roadmap into actionable execution plans.
- Manage the balance between long-range technical goals and immediate commercial rollout demands.
- Facilitate alignment across Robot Software, AI Engineering, Solutions Engineering, and Fleet Orchestration teams.
- Establish operational rigor and process clarity using Jira to optimize sprint mechanics and resolve roadblocks.
- Guide the lifecycle of manipulation and perception capabilities from prototyping through to production.
- Communicate project health, risks, and timeline updates to leadership and stakeholders.
