- 3–5 years in a VP or senior director role
- Proven experience building and scaling technology organizations
- Deep fluency in AI and practical experience implementing enterprise AI solutions
- Healthcare technology experience
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance, healthcare data governance, and security frameworks
- Strong financial acumen and experience owning a technology budget
- Track record of building high-performing teams and leading through ambiguity
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the enterprise technology roadmap aligned to clinical, operational, and financial objectives.
- Champion AI adoption by identifying and implementing AI-enabled solutions to improve health outcomes and efficiency.
- Manage IT infrastructure including cloud, network, and endpoint management for multi-state operations.
- Build and mature the enterprise cybersecurity program, ensuring alignment with HIPAA, NIST, and HITRUST standards.
- Build and lead a software engineering function to develop internal tools and automated workflows.
- Establish data architecture and governance to ensure data integrity and availability for business decision-making.
- Hire, develop, and manage a high-performing technology team across IT, engineering, and data.
