Deep fluency in AI and practical experience implementing enterprise AI solutions.
Healthcare technology experience.
Familiarity with HIPAA compliance, healthcare data governance, and security frameworks.
Strong financial acumen and experience owning a technology budget.
Track record of building high-performing teams and leading through ambiguity.
Ability to travel to clinic markets as needed.

Own and continuously evolve enterprise technology roadmap aligned to clinical, operational, and financial objectives.
Champion and implement AI-enabled solutions, including vendor evaluation for clinical documentation and intake triage.
Manage all IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and clinic-level systems, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
Build and mature the enterprise cybersecurity program while ensuring alignment with HIPAA, NIST, and HITRUST standards.
Oversee technical vendor governance and perform due diligence for new systems and third-party risks.
Lead engineering functions to develop internal tools, EHR integrations (Kipu), and billing automation.
Build and own data architecture, pipelines, and governance to drive insights into patient outcomes.
Hire, develop, and manage a high-performing technology team, including defining career paths and workforce planning.
