Engineering at Thrive

You will join a team solving complex infrastructure challenges, focusing on automation and operational excellence. Engineers administer and troubleshoot Linux systems (primarily Ubuntu) across physical and virtual environments. You will develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Ansible for configuration management and Terraform for provisioning. Thrive uses HPE Morpheus Enterprise and VMware ecosystems to manage virtual machine workloads. Engineers also maintain NetBox as the authoritative source of truth for IPAM and DCIM. You will integrate Netbox with IaC tools, automating routine physical equipment commissioning.
