Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partner management, partner development, business development, or strategic account management.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining relationships with senior executives and external service providers.
- Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience developing and executing strategic plans, partnership programs, and business initiatives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and make data-informed decisions.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to work independently, adapt to ambiguity, and deliver results under pressure.
- Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time, including domestic and international travel.
- Experience leading global partnership programs or working across international markets is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, negotiate, and implement strategic partner agreements that support business growth while reducing operational and financial risks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing partners, including executive-level stakeholders.
- Lead partnership development initiatives, including partner evaluation processes and expansion opportunities across new markets.
- Develop strategic partnership plans aligned with business objectives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute them effectively.
- Create and improve internal processes, tools, and best practices that enable efficient partnership management.
- Support negotiations, resolve partner-related challenges, and serve as a key point of contact for escalations.
- Analyze partnership performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive initiatives that increase partner value and business impact.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of strategic programs and services.
