Responsibilities
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready design assets.
- Contribute to product strategy by identifying user needs and prioritizing solutions.
- Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design improvements.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Content teams, Analysts, and SEO specialists.
- Evaluate technical constraints and design trade-offs with engineering partners.
- Lead design projects while maintaining alignment with product design standards.
- Contribute to and evolve the design system for consistency across experiences.
- Analyze competitive products and trends in sports, media, and content platforms.
- Use prototyping and animation to explore and communicate design solutions.
- Apply AI-powered tools and workflows to accelerate product development.
